The Centre for Trade and Investment Law (CTIL), Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, participated in the 7th Rajasthan MSME Summit 2026 held on 19 March 2026 in Jaipur, which focused on “MSMEs as the Growth Engine of Viksit Rajasthan 2047.” As part of Plenary Session I on “Strengthening Competitiveness & Expanding the Global Footprint of Rajasthan MSMEs,” Mr. Ridhish Rajvanshi, Senior Research Fellow at CTIL, delivered an address highlighting the role of trade policy in enabling MSMEs to scale and integrate into global markets. His intervention emphasised the importance of aligning domestic regulatory frameworks with international trade practices, improving ease of doing business, and strengthening institutional support mechanisms to enhance MSME competitiveness. The session brought together policymakers, industry representatives, and experts to deliberate on strategies for expanding Rajasthan’s MSME presence in global value chains. CTIL’s participation reflects its continued commitment to contributing to evidence-based policy discussions and supporting India’s trade and investment ecosystem.
