INBA 14th Annual International Conference

26 November 2025 10AM
New Delhi
The Centre for Trade and Investment Law (CTIL) participated in the 14th Annual International Conference organised as part of the 76th Constitution Day celebrations in collaboration with the Indian National Bar Association (INBA) on 26 November 2025. As part of the conference, Mr. Satwik Shekhar, Assistant Professor and Consultant (Legal) at CTIL, was invited to speak on the theme “The Challenges and Opportunities of International Trade Law in the Era of Globalization”, offering a comprehensive overview of the evolving global trade architecture. His intervention highlighted key developments shaping contemporary trade dynamics, including the reconfiguration of global supply chains, the expansion of digital trade, and the emergence of new regulatory frameworks influencing international business and policy formulation. The conference convened senior government officials from India and abroad, legal scholars, international law firms, representatives from Fortune 500 legal departments, and leading practitioners, fostering a platform for meaningful engagement on issues at the intersection of law, trade, and global governance. For CTIL, the event provided an opportunity to contribute to an important dialogue aimed at advancing informed debate, collaborative insight, and forward-looking perspectives on international trade and investment law."
