Centre for Trade and Investment Law (CTIL) organized its Anniversary Programme on August 22, 2025 at the Teen Murti House in New Delhi to commemorate the conclusion of 8 years since its inception under the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020. Hon’ble Justice Dr. D.Y. Chandrachud, the former Chief Justice of India, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and delivered the Keynote Address. Shri Sunil Barthwal, the Commerce Secretary of the Government of India, was also present as the Guest of Honour and delivered the Commerce Secretary’s Address. The occasion was further enriched by the presence of Dr. Rakesh Mohan Joshi, the Vice-Chancellor of the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade in New Delhi who delivered the Vice-Chancellor’s Address. Additionally, esteemed dignitaries such as Shri L. Satya Srinivas, Special Secretary of the Department of Commerce, Government of India, and other prominent officers from the Government of India were present.
