Sriti Kashyap is a Young Professional at the Centre for Trade and Investment Law (CTIL). She holds a B.A. LL.B. from Symbiosis Law School, Symbiosis International (Deemed University), where she pursued specialised courses in Patent Law and Competition Law. Prior to joining CTIL, she worked at a law firm on matters relating to intellectual property and international commercial arbitration. She has also interned with leading law firms in the areas of intellectual property and dispute resolution, along with judicial internships. Her research interests include trade in services, digital trade and cross-border data governance.
