Janaki N. is a Young Professional at the Centre for Trade and Investment Law (CTIL). She is a 2024 law graduate from the University School of Law and Legal Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (Main Campus, Dwarka). Prior to joining CTIL, she gained diverse legal experience through her work with intellectual property law firms and corporate legal teams, where she was involved in both intellectual property prosecution and litigation. In addition to her intellectual property practice, she has represented and argued matters before various Consumer Commissions across Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, gaining practical exposure to litigation and dispute resolution. Her research interests include international trade law, intellectual property rights, and consumer law, with a particular focus on the intersection of international trade and intellectual property, and the evolving global legal and policy landscape in these areas.
