Vanshika Sulaniya is an international trade lawyer. She has joined the Centre for Trade and
Investment Law (CTIL) as a Young Professional, where she assists the Department of
Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India on critical trade and
investment matters. Prior to joining CTIL, she pursued her undergraduate studies at Hindu
College, University of Delhi, and obtained her LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, University of
Delhi. During her time in law school, she participated in prestigious Nuremberg Moot Court
Competition, where she was awarded the title of Best Speaker in one of the rounds and achieved
a global rank of 14th for the team’s written submissions. She holds a specialisation in
International Trade and Business Laws (LL.M.) from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad.
