Anshdha Sharma is a Young Professional at the Centre for Trade and Investment Law (CTIL),
where she assists the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry,
Government of India on critical trade and investment matters. With a strong academic
background and a keen interest in international trade law, she has developed a profound
understanding of International Public and Private Law.
She holds an LL.M. in International Commercial and Maritime Law from Swansea University,
UK, and an LL.M. in International Trade and Economic Laws, which she completed
with distinction. Her academic achievements reflect her dedication to the field, and her
expertise extends across various aspects of global trade, maritime regulations, and
commercial legal frameworks.
Anshdha has also gained valuable knowledge and experience through her internships during
the early years of her legal education, which allowed her to engage with real-world legal
challenges. She holds a BBA LL.B. (Hons.) degree, which she attained with first division,
further strengthening her foundation in law and business administration.
