Ms. Priyansha Hajela has been an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) since 2017. She is pursuing a Ph.D. in law from the National Law University, Delhi. She holds a Master’s degree in Business and Corporate Laws from Symbiosis Law School, Pune where she received the Nani A. Palkhivala Memorial Trust Gold Medal for securing the highest CGPA in the LL.M. Programme (2018-19). She holds graduate degrees in Law and Commerce and a Diploma in Corporate Governance from the ICSI. She has qualified the UGC-NET in Law. Prior to joining CTIL, she has worked at the ICSI in their Directorate of Perspective and Futuristic Planning. She has also worked as an Assistant Professor at Delhi Metropolitan Education, Noida (Affiliated to GGSIPU). Her research interests include corporate law, corporate governance and corporate sustainability. She has published papers in Chartered Secretary (UGC Approved Journal) and in books published by Thomson Reuters and Taxmann etc. She is a member of the India Chapter of the Daughters of Themis (International Network of Women Business Scholars).
