Krishna Bhattacharya is a Research Fellow at the Centre for Trade and Investment Law (CTIL). She completed her Masters in International Trade Law from Gujarat Maritime University in 2022 and graduated in law with B.B.A LLB (Hons.) degree from KIIT School of Law (Batch 2016-2021). Prior to joining CTIL, she was a student Researcher for the CTIL-Trade Lab Law Clinic Spring 2022. At the Centre Krishna is regularly involved in providing a legal opinion on diverse policy matter and she is currently assisting in India’s free trade negotiations as well. Bhattacharya’s interest lies in international trade and investment law, and emerging trends in the international trade domain.
