Ms. Shana Sharma is a Research fellow at CTIL. She has completed her Master's in International Trade and Investment Law from O.P. Jindal Global University in 2022. She has participated in several international moot courts and mediation-negotiation competitions, including the N.R. Madhava Menon SAARC law mooting competition and the International mooting competition on Law of the Sea. She holds certification in International Humanitarian Law and IPR. She has worked actively on developing countries in the WTO framework, and on the TRIPS agreement. Her areas of interest include International Trade Law, IPR, Public International Law, Law of the Sea, and Arbitration.
