Ashutosh Kashyap is a Research Fellow at CTIL. Before joining the Centre, Kashyap worked at TPM Solicitors and Consultants. Kashyap is a B.A., LL.B (Hons) graduate from Chanakya National Law University, Patna (2019). He has completed LL.M in IPR Laws from National Law University, Jodhpur. Prior to joining CTIL, he extensively worked in trade remedy representing companies, exporters, and importers in various trade remedial investigations both in India and outside. At the Centre, Kashyap is regularly involved in providing a legal opinion on various policy matters, ongoing negotiations etc. He has worked in the areas of rules of origin, subsidies, supply chains, and minerals security. Kashyap is also part of the ‘Trade Remedies Advisory Cell’ at the Centre. His interest lies in international trade and investment law, IPR laws, and emerging trends in the international trade domain.
