Mr. Ridhish Rajvanshi is an International Trade Law Consultant and Policy Advisor, and enrolled with Bar Council of Rajasthan, qualified to practice law in India. He completed his B.A. LL.B. from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2018 and LL.M. in International Trade and Investment Law with Diploma of Advanced Studies in International and Economic Law (TRAIL+) from World Trade Institute, Bern, Switzerland in 2019. He has previously worked at private law firms, research organisations and international organisations in Europe. His areas of expertise and interest include Rules of Origin, Intellectual Property law, Competition law, cyber security, data privacy & protection laws, contract law, and Blockchain. Ridhish is specialising in Trade in Goods, Rules of Origin, Customs Procedures and Trade Facilitation, Trade Remedies, Anti-Corruption, Transparency, Dispute Settlement, Supply Chains, Critical Minerals, and horizontal legal issues. He is an active participant in the Moot Court Competitions and MUNs, and have successfully organised training sessions for mid-level government employees. In recent years, He has also been involved with ELSA and participated, coached and judged the John H. Jackson WTO Law Moot Court Competition.
